Yes, you can return the jewelry. We offer a 14-day Returns Policy.
- Prior to returning, contact us at info@rosabrillo.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods.
- Then pack the unworn and undamaged goods in their original packaging together with the print copy of the filled Withdrawal from the contract.

Gold Vermeil (pronounced "ver-may") is a is sterling silver jewelry coated with a thick layer of gold. It's a fantastic choice for those seeking high-quality and affordable jewelry. To be called Gold Vermeil, several conditions must be met:
• The base must be made of high-quality 925 sterling silver
• The gold used must be at least 10 karats
• The thick layer of gold must be at least 2.5 micrometers.
A micrometer or micron is 1/1000 of a millimeter. Common gold-plated jewelry has a gold plating thickness of 0.1 - 2.49 micrometers, most commonly about 0.5 micrometers.
